Amb. Efraim Halevy
Ambassador Efraim Halevy is currently serving as the Head of the Shasha Center for Strategic Studies, in the School of Public Policy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. After joining Mossad in 1961 and serving various posts, Amb. Halevy was named director of Mossad, in 1998 and served until to 2002. Amb. Halevy served as the Israeli ambassador to the European Union in Brussels from 1996 – 1998. Amb. Halevy also served as National Security Advisor to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.
