Dr. Yang Jiemian is the President of the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS), a leading think tank advising the Chinese and Shanghai governments. Prior to joining SIIS, Dr. Yang was the Vice President of the Institute for Peace and Development. Dr. Yang has published numerous papers and books on American foreign policy, international terrorism, and U.S.-China relations.
