Signatarios

Mr. Naoki Kazama is a Member of the House of Councilors of Japan. Within his party, Mr. Kazama leads the Committee on Audit and sits on the Committee on Financial Affairs and the Committee on International Affairs and Global Warming Issues. He previously held positions as party secretary and was elected as a Member of the Niigata Prefecture Assembly. Mr. Kazama has also participated in international voluntary activities in Mali, Africa, following the civil war of 1997 and in training sponsored by the U.S. State Department on security issues and diplomatic realities of democratic institutions.
