Over the course of 2021 and into 2022, Global Zero worked with a diverse group of co-conspirators to develop a radical new organizational structure and strategy oriented around influencing policy in lasting ways.
Global Zero’s organizational model is a new, radically reimagined way of working for powerful impact where diversity, belonging, justice, and a campaign strategy-centered approach seamlessly intertwine. Our structure is a living one, oriented around the change we want to see, not the types of work we do — and designed to put the right decision-makers in the appropriate places so they can be strategic and effective based on the needs of any given moment.
We are guided by our Agreements, a living document that serves as the organization’s constitution and outlines everything from our mission, vision, and values, to organizational roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and more.
